Welcome to the nightmare

Parasomnia is a very real condition. It effects many people in their life times and can be terrifying, even if you know whats going on sleep paralysis, sleep walking, night terrors, and many more are scary to experience. I tried to capture that feeling. The feeling when you see something that you know isnt there or hear something that goes bump in the night.
